Our favorite: Fenugreek Seeds, Yogurt, and Patchouli Essential Oil Mask

What you’ll need:
- 1 Tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 6 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1-2 drops Patchouli Essential Oil
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Using your fingers, apply the mixture directly to the roots of your damp hair in the shower. Once evenly applied, gently massage for 1 to 3 minutes and let it sit for the duration of your shower. Rinse your hair using a mild shampoo and lukewarm water.

Our favorite: Hot Chocolate Bath Bomb
Nothing like the smell of warm hot chocolate on a cold winter day. With this oh-so-delicious bath bomb recipe, you have the chance to really embrace the feeling of warmth on your skin. Almost as if you are swimming in a cup of hot chocolate yourself.
What you’ll need:
- ½ cup Citric Acid
- 1 cup Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Kaolin White Clay
- 1 Tbsp Organic Cocoa powder
- 1-2 drops of Witch hazel
- 1-2 drops of Cocoa Essential Oil
- 2-3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- Bath Bomb Mold
Start by combining the citric acid, baking soda, organic cocoa powder, and Kaolin white clay. In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and add the cocoa essential oil. Once combined, spritz in a little bit of witch hazel and slowly add the entire mixture to the dry ingredients. Keep mixing until it feels like damp sand. Stuff the mixture into the mold and leave it to dry overnight.
DIY Body Scrubs

Body scrubs are a must for soft, glowy skin as they exfoliate and remove the dead skin cells that reduce the effect of your moisturizers. For example, if you exfoliate your skin before applying a moisturiser, instead of sitting on the surface of your skin, it will be able to penetrate more deeply. Additionally, massaging your skin can also be a great way to relax and feel calmer, especially if you’re tired or stressed.
Whether you choose a hand scrub, lip scrub, or body scrub, you can find amazing recipes in the Bellabeat Wellness Coach app.
Our favorite: Green Tea Hand Scrub
The benefits of Green tea are truly endless. Whether you are drinking it or using it topically, you can notice the anti-inflammatory properties kicking in. This scrub can help reduce swelling, redness, and irritation. All while also adding some moisture to your skin!
What you’ll need:
- 2 tea bags green tea (or green tea extract)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Leave the tea bags to steep in hot water until it cools down. In a separate bowl add sugar and the melted coconut oil. Once it is completely mixed and the tea is cooled down, slowly add the tea until you reach a paste-like consistency. Rub the mixture into your hands for about 2-3 minutes and rinse with warm water.
